4. Prescriptions and Medical Information

All prescription medications and compounded formulations require a valid prescription from a qualified and registered healthcare practitioner. We comply with all applicable Australian pharmacy laws and regulations.

4.2 Prescription Verification

We reserve the right to verify prescriptions with the prescribing practitioner and may refuse to dispense if we have concerns about safety, legality, or appropriateness.

5. Orders and Payments

5.1 Order Process

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Prescription Medications

Due to regulatory requirements and safety concerns, prescription medications generally cannot be returned once dispensed. Exceptions may be made for:

  • Dispensing errors made by our pharmacy
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Products not meeting Australian therapeutic standards

7.2 Over-the-Counter Products

Non-prescription products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unopened and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

7.3 Compounded Medications

Compounded medications are custom-made to order and generally cannot be returned. We will remake preparations at no charge if there are quality issues or dispensing errors.

14. Australian Consumer Law

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
